Rude and false advertisement on pamphlets that are outside their own building. The service was $20 more than advertised; technically illegal. Photo of pamphlet shows $40 service the woman tried to charge me $60. I walked out.
Massage started well and felt great but then the lady became very unprofessional when I declined an offer then the rest of the massage was very poor and short on time paid for. Upon providing feedback to management I was told “sorry she doesn’t usually work here I don’t think she’s qualified, sorry for inconvenience”. Very unprofessional.
