About a year I embarked on a plumbing project to upgrade my townhome. Brittany Harding was there every step of the way fielding questions whenever I called. Even as I walked in without an appointment she always had time to provide the clarity I needed. My Strasser Vanity arrived while I was out of town. Well, I finally retrieved it today, a month later! Great place for your bathroom needs(& kitchen)! I have a hard time making decisions & they were so knowledgeable it made my choices much clearer. The showroom ladies helped me a lot & definitely met my needs for my remodel. Now I'm actually looking forward to our next project & working with this wonderful team.
I am not a contractor but I walked into the Jupiter store while driving to ACE Hardware looking for a water shut off valve for both of my bathrooms. There were three people behind the counter and one was busy taking an order from a commercial customer. The other two (a hot girl and a crusty old man) were too busy chatting about some nonsense with an apparent good customer. Sunshine Plumbing has been a MAJOR headache from day 1. We went to their showroom to take a look and they were closed. (I believe most people work until 5PM), so getting there on a weekday is virtually impossible. Also, they are closed on weekends; Saturday by appointment only and closed Sunday. VERY inconvenient being they are a retail store. However, once we were able to navigate this hurdle there were more to come.
