I experienced poor customer service — i ordered pants, promised within a week, took over three weeks to arrive. Was told by phone i could exchange the item, but when visiting the store, the owner refused, citing that the employee who gave me that information was no longer there. I was not informed that the color was a seasonal item this was my first and last purchase from this store.

Shout out to Ralph for helping us here in the pharmacy to put our orders in over the phone. He was very patient with us knowing there were 5 of us calling to order. He didn't turn us away like the other staff. Thanks again Ralph.

I went in to Sunshine Uniforms for a sort of rushed embroidery request. They were so kind to me and were able to make it happen. I was very pleased with the end result. Ms. Diana was so sweet and treated me like I was a family member, as did all the staff that helped me at different times. Happy customer here :)

Sunshine Uniforms’ Medical Center location, which is situated by UT Health San Antonio’s Long School of Medicine, is a fantastic spot to acquire scrubs + lab coats! Kristen helped me out with my order, and she was so fantastic - very efficient, kind, and accommodating. All of my questions regarding needed items (as dictated by my department) were answered during my visit here! After my items were ordered, they were delivered to the store a few weeks later.
