The have limited to sizes to try on, when your company sends you and you can not try on your specific size because their inventory is limited and you have to guess, then when uniforms come in and it wrong size you can not exchange or return. Very unprofessional.
Worst customer service of any business ive ever delt with!!!!!! I normally don’t write reviews but our experiences with Sunshine have been horrible. The fact that we are now in 2025 and they still fight to the death about refunds and exchanges is absurd. You have lost my business over a small order, I hope it was worth it. You would think one of their staff members has to swim to china and complete the return in person! There is a lot of variety and the people in the store are very helpful. I haven’t found a store that does embroidery like they do it here.
Forced me to pay for them to do my patch when i could do it myself, took 2 MONTHS for it to get done and only after i reminded them and still took 2 weeks afterwards NEVER called, but when you walk in they are always on the phone. Maybe if i was white my business would be valued. Dont go here if your a POC unless you got a free voucher. Yes I don't use my real name on my email, so you can't track who I am sorry. This is 100% the right store.
Absolutely worse experience here I hope after this year my school decides to move their business somewhere else waiting 1 month and 3 weeks for school scrubs to come in just for it to be the wrong trim. Then they never have an ETA on the scrubs that ordered. Embroidery will take forever unless you pay an hearty extra fee. Will not recommend yo any person or school ! Diana with the bad attitude I hate coming in and she working the counter.
