Kevin did a great job. Firm and worked out all the kinks in my back.
The question is: how can I give a zero rating? I wouldn't mention that the delay was 15 minutes & that there were 2 changes of "therapists"; those are matters to ignore. But when the 'licensed therapist' uses her elbows, and you have to ask her to use her hands more than 10 times during the session, that is definitely something to note and evaluate. Reasonable prices!
My goodness. Where do I begin. I requested a 90 min deep tissue massage. The massage was mediocre at best. I kept having to tell her to apply more pressure. She was not familiar with any acupressure points which was frustrating.. I can’t remember what the amount due was, but I was a dollar short of what would’ve been a 20% tip. She demanded that i give her an extra dollar. Then proceeded to point a sign that was on the front desk that read “20% tip.” I won’t be returning
Massage was good however the owner or staff literally FORCES you to tip 20% which I thought was outrageous and unacceptable. Never going here again.
