Had just done a 4 hour drive with a protruding disk hitting my L4 nerve for a week on pain killers. The masseuse managed to fix a good 90% of the issue, meaning I won’t have to go do physiotherapy. She was amazing and straight away could feel the tension in my neck and shoulders and knew I was in front of the computer often. I’ll be going back whenever I’m in town, and I’m dreading the 5.5 hours a lot less now!
