Once again I dropped my child off only to find out her teacher is no longer there. My child has been going here since Crystal was in office and in that time I’ve seen so many different teachers come and go. Every time I pick her up, she’s in a different classroom than where I left her, and I never know where to find her. It’s very frustrating and feels so unstable for the kids. This daycare center has a great atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. I love working with everyone there and Denaysia is great with the infants and loves them greatly.

Our son attended this daycare from just 8 weeks old until almost 19 months. While we’re incredibly grateful for the love and care his teachers provided during that time, we’re extremely disappointed in how our experience ended and in the growing issues we saw in the months prior. Communication had noticeably declined. For example, when a new teacher joined our son’s classroom, no announcement or introduction was ever sent out. Our experience with Sunshine House was brief and unfortunately, very disappointing. We reserved a spot for our child in May after taking a tour. We were hopeful for a good experience and were excited with the feedback we had received. The Friday night before our first day we received a message, via the app, that there may be classroom closures. However, the message was vague and did not include which classrooms it would affect. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and consideration from this daycare. On a Friday, just 30 minutes before closing, we were notified that our child’s room would be closed for the entire next week due to too many staff time-off requests that were approved prior to the current Director In Trainings employment. Our only options?
