My child started as an infant The Sunshine House in July of 2024 & we’ve had nothing but a great experience, especially with the new management! You can tell that every staff member cares about each child & they make me feel so reassured that my baby is being cared for every day! Everyone, even the teachers from other rooms, know his name & are excited to see him! This sunshine house is more than a house, it’s a home

I also agree with the other negative reviews of the Mount Pleasant location. This location is absolutely horrible. My son has come home with unknown injuries and the director and teachers don't inform me about them. I've also witnessed the teachers on their personal phones or having ear buds in their ears not paying attention to the kids. I've found kids in classrooms alone unsupervised. This daycare is the most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. I will NEVER recommend this daycare to anyone.

Wish I could write zero stars but my friend pulled his child from this place a while ago and good thing bc all the “concerns” were just red flags of the treatment by the director and her minions. Sequoiyaa and that older lady at the front desk are always gossiping up there and on the phones. Teachers constantly out of ratio director always late nothings consistent my granddaughters classroom is constantly being closed! What a shame
