We had our infant daughter confirmed to attend daycare here with her registration paid. The center director and a second employee confirmed they had a spot for her. Four days before she was supposed to start, Sunshine house calls to tell us they do not have availability for her due to inadequate staffing. Now we are left without childcare on short notice. Completely unacceptable and fraudulent for signing up families without providing the services they agreed to!
We have been at Sunshine House for over a year now and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. From the infant room to toddler room, our son has been well cared for and is developing & learning so much! We could not be more appreciative and thankful for the incredible teachers and staff/management at this location. So much so that we drive 15 miles in the opposite direction from both home and work to take our child here. We moved from Alaska and searched for a great daycare to take our little girl. We found Sunshine house at CSU and couldn’t be happier. Conveniently close to campus. The management and staff are amazing. Every morning and every afternoon when my little girl comes and goes, she has to give everyone a hug. The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained.
