My experience with this daycare has been absolutely wonderful! My daughters (5 months and 2 years old) have been here for a full year, and I also tried the summer program for my 5-year-old son — every experience has been amazing. Everyone here is truly wonderful, from the director to the teachers, assistants, chef, and all the staff — they work together like one big, caring family. The core teachers are great but the SC based private equity firm relies on cheap college students in education programs on campus at CSU, leading to staff shortages. The newest director is amazing but area and state supervisors are driven by bonuses and make poor management/hiring decisions. The private equity company is cutting corners every chance they get in food quality, professional cleaning, and supplies to maximize profits, hoping enrollment doesn't drop with continued increases and junk fees.
