From day one, my daughter was welcomed with so much kindness in the Explorers group. Ms. Juliet provided me with all the support and guidance I needed during the enrollment and adjustment process, and her teacher, Ms. Dee, has always been caring, attentive, and patient. My son is now close to 3 and has been at this Sunshine House since he was 6 months old. The director Ms. Juliet is always professional, kind, and on top of everything. We have been incredibly happy with our son’s experience in the infant room, toddler room, and the Explorer room where he is now. His current teacher Ms. Dee has been there 10 years and is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We are so happy he is in her class and she has given us great toddler advice. Me and my boys have been with the sunshine house family coming up on a yr. Now and since then my boys love going there everyday , the teachers and directors are really understanding and will help in any way they can to make sure kids are up to speed learning something new everyday , and since switching daycares I knew I picked the right one by coming to the sunshine house my boys love their teachers.
My husband had an appointment at this daycare and he never even got the chance to meet with the people for the daycare. A parent let him into the building instead of the staff member. When he finally got inside there was no staff members at the front instead her heard them raising there voices at the kids and clapping at them. This behavior is not acceptable from a daycare what so ever. Parents be weary.
