Our son has been here for almost 2 years now and we are extremely happy with his progress and care. All of his teachers and the care givers there have always made us feel welcome and our son feels safe and confident there. We will always love our Sunshine House family!

I have heard good things about Sunshine House but the communication is lacking. It was a struggle to get on the waitlist in the first place early this year, and then I called again to ask about the waitlist now that my daughter has turned 1 and they said they'd follow up but they never got back to me. I tried to use the portal too and heard nothing back. I understand the waitlist is lengthy but some communication or following up when they said they would, would go a long way, especially since I paid to be on the waitlist.

PLEASE DONT BE DESPERATE WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR CHILD .. Personally I don’t like this school for my child. my child is my #1 priority and this school is not up to par . We can start with from the beginning they have been calling my child the wrong name every morning when I drop her off , Including the women who is teaching her . I went and toured the daycare and put my deposit down while I was pregnant in the first trimester. I was assured that no problem 9 months later my baby would have a spot. At that time there were only 5 babies in front of mine on the waiting list. A month before mine was due to start I called to check his spot. This review is because I have paid for my daughter to be on the wait list since I was pregnant. She is now 9 months old. We have supposedly been number 3 on the wait list since she was put on. We have not heard a single word from the daycare. I had to initiate contact every time to hear the same thing. Pretty infuriating to pay to be on a list and then never be contacted.
