1/5 Stars Do not trust this facility with your children or your financial data. I officially pulled all four of my children out of The Sunshine House (Greystone Blvd location) on June 12, 2026, due to severe safety concerns, injuries, and physical sexually harassment and neglect under the supervision of Center Director Qunteelah Towns, Assistant Director Jasmine Huggins, and Regional Director Elonda Blyther. This has been an extremely disappointing and infuriating experience with the Headquarters office. After waiting almost a year on the waiting list, I requested a refund for my son’s enrollment on April 3, 2025, and I’m still waiting for my money. After many weeks with no answers from the billing department, Whitney Griffin finally told me that a check would be mailed to me. That was over a month ago, and nothing has arrived. I believe with first hand experience and the reviews I have read of this Sunshine House, I believe an investigation as to their operations and organizational rules needs to be opened. Like firing people who have health issues for not coming to work, but providing doctor's excuses for their absences. If this was an initial problem, you should not have hired them in the first place. 7/8/25. I received a phone call from my fiance at 4:44 because she lot her keys inside the house. I cannot stop what I'm doing cuz I'm a tow truck driver. I have etas I have to meet so my boss had to get the key from me and take it to her. So she arrived at 5:45 and y'all want to charge her a late fee.
