I believe with first hand experience and the reviews I have read of this Sunshine House, I believe an investigation as to their operations and organizational rules needs to be opened. Like firing people who have health issues for not coming to work, but providing doctor's excuses for their absences. If this was an initial problem, you should not have hired them in the first place. 7/8/25. I received a phone call from my fiance at 4:44 because she lot her keys inside the house. I cannot stop what I'm doing cuz I'm a tow truck driver. I have etas I have to meet so my boss had to get the key from me and take it to her. So she arrived at 5:45 and y'all want to charge her a late fee. I love the location that my child attends, but I feel like the corporate office is slow to respond and lacks professionalism. I say this because my older child applied to attend summer camp there with his younger sibling, and we've been in limbo waiting for approval for WEEKS simply because he has high functioning autism. He is in regular classes at his elementary school, he's been student of the month, has good grades, and has NO behavior issues.
