Anna and her team give amazing care. The ratio of staff to residents is fantastic and all the staff are so helpful and positive. We have had a family member living with them for over a year now and they have been cared for exceptionally well. No bed sores, tricks learned to keep them drinking and time given to eat. We have such peace of mind knowing that they are safe, cared for and comfortable at a most vulnerable time. Thank you Anna and all the staff you are amazing humans.

My father had a short stay at Sunshine House in Lincoln City in March 2025. While his desire was to not prolong his time living with terminal cancer, Anna and her team were very considerate of his wishes and supported the hospice team as they provided their services. The facility is brand new and has comfortable rooms, a great residence area, and a wonderful 24/7 staff. It is truly a personal care experience. They do not honor legal documents if power of attorney for your lived one changes. They won't even read them. It's someone's home who turned part of it into an assisted living center. No nurse there and not sure how educated the two male CNAs were either. Total of 3 patients including my mother. I know from experience they have to honor legal documents but we were shoved out the door.
