Stopped in and had a great conversation with Thomas. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer the many questions I had. Of your in the market to get an electric scooter or bike I would stop in and see Thomas !

Second update: I won my dispute. Update: see receipt for proof, owner claims I didn't pay $500 for the insert job. Brought two ebikes to him to add foam inserts. We spent over $500 and the day we picked up the first bike the entire tire popped off the inner tube because the PSI was at 10. The owner pretty much called me a liar when I told him that because they set it to "15-20" even though he admitted he didn't work on them himself, his technician did. Thomas at Sunshine E-Ride was fantastic! He kept me updated throughout the repair process, so I always knew what was happening. Once the part arrived, he went above and beyond by delivering it right to my house. Truly excellent service — reliable, friendly, and customer-focused. I don’t usually write reviews, but after this experience I had to — if you need to fix a bike, go only with Thomas. Highly recommend!
