Thomas at Sunshine E-Ride was fantastic! He kept me updated throughout the repair process, so I always knew what was happening. Once the part arrived, he went above and beyond by delivering it right to my house. Truly excellent service — reliable, friendly, and customer-focused. I don’t usually write reviews, but after this experience I had to — if you need to fix a bike, go only with Thomas. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to work with this repair shop. Initially I visited some other repair shops, and they refused to do the repairs. They told me to throw the e-bike away. Thomas at Sunshine E-Ride is a real pro! He immediately diagnosed the problem on my son’s e-bike. Worked efficiently with great result. The e-bike rides like new now! Thank you!

Update: see receipt for proof, owner claims I didn't pay $500 for the insert job. Brought two ebikes to him to add foam inserts. We spent over $500 and the day we picked up the first bike the entire tire popped off the inner tube because the PSI was at 10. The owner pretty much called me a liar when I told him that because they set it to "15-20" even though he admitted he didn't work on them himself, his technician did. Ninebot scooter tires swap to tubeless; hard to find places that work on scooters, this small shop was perfect. I took in my tubeless tires to have them do the difficult install and they did it same day. Problem solved! Highly recommend this place.
