Horrible customer service . Came in and the lady instantly wanted nothing to do with me . Awful
Amazing service! We came in to rent 2 bikes for an hour and we were greeted with such a warm smile. Everything was quick and easy. We really enjoyed the bikes. They were very comfortable and easy to use.
Nice organized, a lot of choices! The girl is super nice and chatting with us. Will get something for sure.
Cedrica is perfect and professional on e-bike ,I love here oh my God. When I’m here for traveling I need to rent a electric bicycle for my free way beside the beach, that’s awesome! They have online shop and good to ship that so I gonna have Nakto e-bike and that will ship to my home! Amazing experiences!
They are awesome! I needed help figuring out what was wrong with my Nakta bike, I don't live in the Area and couldn't find anyone in my state to help me. I called them and explained my situation and they helped me. I really appreciate them! Truly wonderful service and people.
