I have had bad experiences with taxis on the coast over the years, with inconsistent pickup times and dangerous drivers. I had heard tales of the taxis still being unreliable on the coast, but was in a pinch and had heard the company was under new ownership. Trash company. They like to hang up and refuse certain people service. Was just trying to get my customer a ride home but you hang up twice. No wonder your reviews are so stupidly low.. nobody likes riding with you 😂

Ive called on 3 seperate occasions. The first a lady called to let me know the driver was too far away and she was canceling my ride. The second time a man called after waiting 30 mins to cancel. The third time... after waiting 30 minutes, I called them for an ETA. A poor unsuspecting woman answered with "hello?" And after several minutes of confusion, she stated she would have someone call me back. 10 minutes later, a very aggressive man called and asked what I wanted.
