They were on time, very nice, and great communication. Highly recommend. Nice to see a locally owned company working hard to get people from point A to B safe. Sure beats waiting an hour for the bus.

I've really tried with this company. I'm new to the coast and transportation is a challenge to say the least, you'd think they'd make use of the opportunity. This company has about a 45% chance of picking you up on time even with a pre book. I missed a job interview due to this. There are only a couple polite drivers out of the group and I get nervous calling dispatch as they are so rude. *New ownership has owned the company for a fortnight, they are out of their depths-running the business into the ground. I have had bad experiences with taxis on the coast over the years, with inconsistent pickup times and dangerous drivers. I had heard tales of the taxis still being unreliable on the coast, but was in a pinch and had heard the company was under new ownership. I called ahead to schedule to be picked up for an appointment, and was assured that I would be picked up on time. The driver called 30 mins before my appointment to say he couldn’t make it.
