Firstly, I wanted to express how pleasant Craig is, but my review is focused on my experience with 3 sessions to quit vaping. I know it doesn't work for everyone, but since I had my first session, I've been experiencing headaches like never before. Additionally, he also addressed my chocolate cravings since one of my fears about quitting vaping was gaining weight. Craig helped me some years ago change for the better. After another recent challenging personal situation and just completely overwhelming my self in state of mixed internal dialogue ...I finally revisited hypnotherapy to get back on track. Can now look forward to embracing the future again thanks to Craig !
Craig is caring and supportive and very professional. I found the sessions i had with him have really helped me while going through grief. He spoke to me in a way i could understand and with empathy and logic. I would highly recommend his therapy to anyone.
I went in with an open mind and not skeptical and I have been absolutely amazed at the results, not only in relation to weight loss, but in relation to the calmness that is now in my life. Old patterns have been erased and I am feeling like the person I was meant to be. Where I was once anxious, I am no longer. Where I would emotionally eat, I no longer. Where I used to ruminate, I no longer. It has been very liberating. Thank you very much Craig.
Craig tailors the program to individual needs, he really challenged me and some of my past. I feel so much lighter and that’s just the burden off my shoulders. Thanks Craig Highly recommend
