Good deep tissue massage, spend the extra time to have the foot massage. The staff are good, clearly know their stuff. I will be back.
I had Ruby as my massage therapist and she was amazing. I had deep tissue massage. I went in a tough steak and came out as a tenderloin.

I’ve visited several times on the last 5 years and every time is fantastic. Men or women staff are excellent, attentive and hygienic. I won’t go anywhere else at the Plaza. I had a young male today and he was attentive and caring - continually asked about the pressure and found that sweet spot of pressure and relaxation. Despite recent reviews this place is a firm favourite place of mine on the coast
Had a remedial, deep tissue massage by Dickson. Without telling him the specific areas I needed working on, he found them automatically and released so many knots and tight muscles. I feel so much looser after visiting him. He really does have 'healing hands' and takes the massage very seriously. My Mum also had her very first massage with him and liked him so much she didn't want to leave! I felt so good after that I made an appointment for next week.
