Was sore after starting a new fitness routine and had a remedial head, neck, shoulder and legs massage. Best massage ever, came out feeling veey relaxed and ready to get stuck back into the fitness routine. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
Terrible, didn’t even focus on areas i requested, didn’t even know what he was doing. Completely made it up on the fly, i had to tell him to stop on some areas because it was that bad. Don’t waste your time.
Good deep tissue massage, spend the extra time to have the foot massage. The staff are good, clearly know their stuff. I will be back.
I had Ruby as my massage therapist and she was amazing. I had deep tissue massage. I went in a tough steak and came out as a tenderloin.
