Yesterday, I had the opportunity to learn Ayurvedic foot massage, and it was such an interesting and valuable experience. I had a great experience at Sunshine Ayurveda, went for a full treatment (very relaxing) and an Ayurvedic consultation. Ram is a knowledgable Ayurvedic doctor, he is a gentle caring person always willing to answer my questions and follow ups. Herbs, teas and supplements are promptly despatched and they arrive on time and well packed.
I have been seeing Dr Ram Mani Bhandari for the past couple of years and my overall health is much better.He has done series of Ayurvedic treatment and that has helped in reducing the inflammation in muscles around body, Ayurvedic herbs to help improve the immune system digestion . I am grateful to dr Ram mani and for the healing that occurs while treating with him.
