I have been dealing with Sunshine since the fall of 2022, and they are the primary shop for my Pilatus P3. Pat Peterson is the current owner, and I cannot say enough good things about him specifically, or the shop generally. New owner (Patrick) will over-promise, under-deliver, return a machine that half works, and literally tell you to "Get out" if you persist. We had a bad install from another Avidyne dealership Patrick previously worked at, so we thought he could help sort it out when he took over this business. He tried to fix it, made it worse, and never calls back or responds to texts or email, so we flew it down and he told us to leave. "This is not Sunshine anymore."
