The new manager in the fortworth yard is amazing but the company policies need workers on a lack of work has drivers fighting over loads and millage and the worst dispatch team I have ever had to work for there are some great people in the company. But till they can figure out how to run things properly they will keep loosing good drivers

Been there 1 1/2 years All in all it's a good place to work. I really think management needs to find us more options for jobs, in other put more bids in. Don't care to go to Austin every dang day but the pay is good, equipment is ok, you need a day off you will get it 9/10 times. Management tries real hard.
