Here I am again! And Lynn saves the day again! I had a construction crew break my couch connectors, and she scrounged some up and had them to me within a week! The response time was faster than I could check my email lol. She’s so kind and helpful, and Sunset and their customers are very lucky to have her. The Cloud Puff couch is still going strong! We are thrilled with our Sunset Trading Shades of Gray cocktail table, end tables and dining room set. I was worried about buying them without seeing the actual color of gray so I contacted the company for a sample. Lynn Bialick, their representative, contacted me and let me know a sample would be sent right away. She also told me about the Shades of Gray pieces and that she liked the color a lot. Bought the slipcovered sofa. I absolutely love it, it's like a cloud! And this company has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I spilled something on my sofa and when I reached out for assistance and guidance on how to fix it, they were IMMEDIATELY responsive and were the most helpful..more than I could have even hoped. I will definitely be purchasing more items from them in the future!
