Bought the slipcovered sofa. I absolutely love it, it's like a cloud! And this company has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I spilled something on my sofa and when I reached out for assistance and guidance on how to fix it, they were IMMEDIATELY responsive and were the most helpful..more than I could have even hoped. I will definitely be purchasing more items from them in the future!
We bought a Sunset Trading kitchen table and chair set back in 2009 and through the years with kids then grandkids there were chips in the table. So, I have a woodworking friend that sanded it down and we looked to find the right stain to match and could find it in local hardware stores. Wrote the company and they were kind enough to share some of the stain so that he could restore the table and after several coats it looks good as new. We bought a table and chairs from sunset trading in 2019. This week a child knocked over a chair and broke a piece. Sunset trading quickly figured out which piece was missing and shipped it to me for free. I couldn't be more impressed that they are fixing a product we bought years ago at no charge.
I purchased the sofa 3 years ago and JUST realize the clips to hold sofa were missing. Three long years later I reached out to the company customer service, and Lynn was so kind and helpful. Just received the clips she sent, and I really appreciate their customer service. And the sofa is sooooooooo comfortable and dreamy <3 Thank you lynn and Sunset Trading!
