I received some beautiful used chairs and a table from Sunset Trading and wanted to upgrade to a larger table. Jim could not have been more helpful! He tracked down locations where I could purchase a match and helped every step of the way whenever I had questions or needed assistance. he went above and beyond and I love my new table!
Looking to add another stool in my kitchen purchased 9 years ago,store i bought it from said it was discontinued. Not willing to give up saw a label under stool, said Sunset Trading. I sent them an email on a Sunday they answered me right away saying it was discontinued but they will check the warehouse Monday Sure enough they had one, end of story. Got stool 2 days later.Great customer service dam nice people I highly recommend them.....
Here I am again! And Lynn saves the day again! I had a construction crew break my couch connectors, and she scrounged some up and had them to me within a week! The response time was faster than I could check my email lol. She’s so kind and helpful, and Sunset and their customers are very lucky to have her. The Cloud Puff couch is still going strong! We are thrilled with our Sunset Trading Shades of Gray cocktail table, end tables and dining room set. I was worried about buying them without seeing the actual color of gray so I contacted the company for a sample. Lynn Bialick, their representative, contacted me and let me know a sample would be sent right away. She also told me about the Shades of Gray pieces and that she liked the color a lot.
