I received excellent service from the moment I called and spoke to Jasmine, who was very professional and polite from the time I talked to her on the phone to the time I came into their office. She listened to my concerns about starting with a new tax office after my previous tax office had retired and was very reassuring to ease my concerns. Next I got to speak with Donald Jackson, who completed my taxes in a very timely manner and who also showed a lot of professionalism. I highly recommend their Tax Service.
