After delivering my 2 love seats they quickly deteriorated with each passing week. As of this writing, the fabric has puckered more, fabric is coming loose in areas, the arms on each sofa are different sizes, the front arm panel is loose with frayed fabric sticking out, arm covers do not fit, the kick pleats are puckered as well as the piping and the elastic broke!!! Took a chair to be upholstered. Gave them 1/2 down to begin work. 17 weeks later called 6 times to get a status update; no returned call and all calls fielded by owners other business up front. Still no response. Do not do business with this company. Owner told me last year he has trouble with getting trained employees; should have been my warning!
Never ever use this company. Wanted my light oak table refinished. They refinished it in dark brown which now didn't match my chairs. After a lengthy wait to fix the problem he still charged full price. Horrible customer service and prices!
