I thought buying a locally manufactured Hot Tub was a good thing...which I was wrong. The control board completely failed 7 months after installation. The tech came out and replaced the board in less than 5 minutes. I was then sent a bill for $120. I was never told that this charge would be added and the tech didn't even leave a paper receipt.
