Walked in the place was fine the people were fine. Since you walked in they start talking to you trying to help you out. A little awkward. No return policy whatsoever, most of the vibrators in there suck.. puts off little to zero vibration. They might try to make you think that it works well but it does not. Don't let them get you. I spent 100+ on this vibrator and it absolutely sucks.
