My Mother has been at Sunset Manor in El Monte since November 2023. I am there almost every day with her, and I see firsthand their daily activities. My mother is 92 years old and not the perfect patient. The kitchen has adjusted her meals, the RNs/LVNs, DNAs, RNAs, Social Workers, Physical Therapists, Finance Office, Laundry dept, cleaning crew, maintenance staff and Management (sorry if I miss anyone) this staff has been so nice and helpful regarding my mother's every needs. Almost all the nurses in the facility only work for their paychecks. Don't even know how to do things. There a nurse I talked to on the first night get transferred to this facility, the nurse ignored me and walked out for break. If you end up being a patient there, chances are it will be the sunset of your life.
