Not impressed! Have a family member residing here and they will not put phone calls through to her! I believe this is considered Elder Abuse, as they are contributing to isolating her from her family and friends.
It was more than frustrating to see Sunset Manor employees using the very limited visitor parking, it’s not bad enough that there’s too few parking spots but hey let’s add insult to injury by letting staff take the spots.
Very dirty and the old cashiers are mean
