If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I have family in there and to say the care is negligent would be an understatement. This home has routinely been written up for mishandling prescription medication, not providing it on time or at all. This began with my family on the first day, and unnecessarily put an ill, elderly person into opioid withdrawal, which risked their life. I’m extremely disappointed with the care my nan received at Sunset Manor Nursing Home. What was supposed to be a safe, caring environment turned out to be neglectful and dehumanizing. She spent three years there, and throughout that time, we witnessed a consistent failure to provide the basic care she needed and deserved.
