I’m extremely disappointed with the care my nan received at Sunset Manor Nursing Home. What was supposed to be a safe, caring environment turned out to be neglectful and dehumanizing. She spent three years there, and throughout that time, we witnessed a consistent failure to provide the basic care she needed and deserved. She was often left in bed all day and night, with little to no effort made to ensure her comfort, mobility, or overall well-being. Kind and knowlagable staff who truly care about residence, amazing managment and a truly engaging and warm enviornment.
Don't leave your family in the care of this place! The staff rarely check on those they are to care for and when they do they make so many mistakes! And when mistakes are make you will be stuck with the bills to fix there mess. Ownership is lazy,uncaring, and disgusting
Amazing staff!! My Dad really enjoys it here. We are thrilled with the care he is getting:)
