Decent neighborhood overall. I was kept awake several nights, however, by frequent sirens (fire trucks and ambulances).
The property is old and has faced many challenges surrounding tenant behavior and cleanliness. The new management is really very nice but also has said there is a lot to clean up. I hope the tenants here are able to get it together so it can be a better place for everyone.

Please don't move here. No one ever wants to answer the phone. Problems go unresolved for months, even years. If you're struggling you may see it as an opportunity to get back on your feet but then you just end up stuck because there are no resources to really help you. Roaches, bed bugs, thin walls, and the heat breaks/stops pretty much every winter so you're stuck for days or weeks in a cold, brick-walled apartment.
