I have dealt with this company for 5 years. I have never had a bad thing to say about them until today. The management worked great with me and my accounts in the past. The problem I have is the unexperienced New Hires that work in there business. To make a long story short, I called in to pay on my accounts and was help by a female who could not pull up my account. I have used this company for 10yrs it's the only company I will ever use. I love the employees and how they care about you as a person not just as a customer, they remember you and your family and always ask how everyone is doing.
This is a great loan place! They work with you and treat you with nothing but respect. I have been with them for 2 yrs and never have had a problem.
