We have been going there for 4 years! I love the staff! They are warm and they make you feel welcomed!
These people are SLOW SLOW SLOWWWWWW. Prepare to sit for several hours. Employees that could be helping customers instead spend time gossiping and chatting on the phone while everybody waits their turn to go through one desk. Will not ever go there again! Should've used Turbotax
Sunset finance is the worst company to get a loan. Save yourself the headache. It is not worth the trouble there are plenty of other finance companies that will have better interest-rate's and not harass you .
Great service they will work with you and not against you would recommend them to my anybody even a dog if he needed one.
Worst company in history. They will lie to you, scam you, and even when you pay the loan off, Ashley the manager is still a hateful "You-know-what". Right before I paid my loan off she cussed me for asking about resigning when I wasn't late nor did I have any problems with the company. That's kind of how they make there living. I guess she didn't realize that I needed the line of credit that I could get anywhere, not the money. I would go somewhere else if you really need a loan. Kersh Loan And Finance Corp. They are terrible. They denied my loan even my credit scores was up to the mark. They asked me about the 'have i ever been bankrupt?' and i said 'never wish to'. The letter i received is that i was not sure about the bankruptcy. Hell!
So when we went to Kersch Loans by piggly wiggly on west ave. to apply for a loan fir $500 we were denied and we figured as usual it was due to our credit scores which is a normal reason to be denied. But we got the letter yesterday to explain why we were denied it was on the sole fact that my husband's checks are garnished for child support and because when he asked if we have ever filed for bankruptcy I laughed and said "not yet" as in a joke due to the plummeting economy. KAYZOOM IS A CRACKHEAD HE DONT KNOW WHAT HES TALKING ABOUT IF YOU GOT SOMETHING TO SAY HIT ME BACK KAYZOOM WE WILL SEE WHO GETS THE LAST LAUGH
They make loans to people and force them to renew knowing people are out of work. then they come to your home and bang on the door and ring the doorbell hundreds of times. They should be in jail for harrassment. Their interest rate is several hundred percent by the time they keep forcing people to renew. It should be illegal for them to be in business.
