John, Dave and Vicky have the most excellent customer service. They have repaired my hottub many times and are fair, professional, and kind. 10/10 would recommend this team for anything blinds or hot tubs!
We are so happy with our new custom blinds from Sunset Blinds and Spas in Nelson. John and Vicki were great to deal with and helped us with honesty and sincerity at every step in the process. When they discovered the factory had made an error in one of the dimensions they were on it instantly and had the problem solved and replacements shipped and installed in record time. I was having an issue with my hot tub over the weekend and could not figure it out. I sent an email to John on Sunday night fully expecting to hear from him on Tuesday when they re-opened. Instead, he emailed me right back and came out to my house the next day to fix the problem. They have consistently been so great to work with, always happy to help trouble shoot and lend advice. I can't recommend this business enough.
