Sunset Cove Retirement staff rock. They company. are very community oriented. Many of my community groups have used Sunset Cove for meetings, they have served us breakfast, lunch and dinner all top quality. My Mom spent a couple years here in 2016-18 she was welcomed and it soon became her home. Dignity,Respect and Kindness are a few words to describe how all the staff treat the residents and I am there a lot to observe.My uncle has been there since Nov.25/2023 and he has felt at home since day one.Sunset Cove is always clean, the food is good and the residents are always happy when I talk to them.My family and I want to thank ALL the staff. Repetitive visits from public health. Several of her friends are leaving since new management. Auntie is looking elsewhere for better retirement living.
Saw the sign for turkey dinners on Sunday. Stopped in and met with the General Manager Kelly who was so welcoming and was kind to give us a tour while we waited for our dinner and meat pie. During the tour she explained the process and how to get ready to place a parent. The dinner was delicious from the stuffing to potatoe with gravy and the meat pie.
