These people not only misrepresented the carpet itself to us, but installed it so poorly that you can see all of the seams in the carpet, plus they accidentally covered up a floor outlet. While they were extremely ingratiating before we hired them, they were hostile and argumentative when there were problems to be addressed.
We purchased carpet for entire condo. The carpet was defective according to this company, but would not stand behind it. They blamed the carpet mfg. Needless to say we bought the carpet from Sunset, not the mfg.
