I am a 3rd generation senior healthcare provider. I’ve been in hundreds of communities throughout my career. HarborChase of Daytona is one of the better I’ve visited in the Daytona market. Beautiful aesthetically and staff who care, engage and provide exceptional service through hospitality guided customer service and care. This 5 star review is for Stephanie, the director of memory care. She is amazing! I have been so impressed with her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. She works wonders with my husband, personally keeping him engaged and happy, and focusing on the things she knows he likes to do. I can't thank her enough for making a difficult situation so much easier, and for staying in close touch to let me know how he's doing when I'm not there. I appreciate you, Stephanie!

Needs improvement. Staff doesn’t clean room like they should. We have to complain to get things done.

Do NOT bring your loved ones here. They are understaffed, lacking in good housekeeping, they over charge, raise fees without notice, and are unable to provide the level of care your loved one requires but will charge you for it! Please look elsewhere
