Needs improvement. Staff doesn’t clean room like they should. We have to complain to get things done.
Do NOT bring your loved ones here. They are understaffed, lacking in good housekeeping, they over charge, raise fees without notice, and are unable to provide the level of care your loved one requires but will charge you for it! Please look elsewhere
Tricia did a wonderful job of showing us the facility and answering our questions. The facility was clean and designed to be a welcoming home for the residents.
The Staff are all friendly and eager to help the residents and their visitors to have an enjoyable experience. Each time I leave with peace in my heart from knowing that my friend is happy in her surroundings and is well taken care of. I have visited friends in other assisted living facilities and I can say that Sun Scape is the nicest facility that I have visited.
I am always greeted with a pleasant person. I like the facility and I'm very happy that my brother, Lindsey is able to stay there. The girls in memory care are so good and helpful.
