Very poor experience with the corporate staff. I purchased an LED Lipo package for $250 and later was advised by a doctor that because of a personal medical issue, this would not be a helpful procedure for me. I called SunsUp corporate and asked to have it refunded and they refused, stating they only give refunds within 3 days of the sale. I was happily paying for my monthly tanning package and enjoying their facilities, which was more revenue per year than the refund on the $250 LED Lipo package; but Corporate instead chose... read more
