Absolutely horrible company. No communication and late 50% of the time. 25% of the time coming 20 minutes early. Would not recommend. If you can get your toddlers to school then great. Avoid this company
If I could give it no stars I would just so unorganized bad customer service unapologetic just horrible
It's a old cranky lady driver that pulls up recklessly behind ppl at Brooks school honking her bus horn as if someone is in her way tried calling to report a complaint and noone EVER answers the phone
Yall need to inform people that yall will be dropping off kids late...yall don't inform anyone about being late we but will definitely call to say you arrived
