Just don't. Charged 14k and never saw a bill. Never saw results. I actually got more results from calling the IRS directly and using an advocate. I didn't leave here with any resolutions that the IRS advocate didn't see through. I paid 14k and did not get any invoices to describe charges. I was charged 250 per hour. It took them 2 days to produce a bill or ledger of accounting once asked what we were paying for. I have zero access to my documents through this year's tax season. In the end it felt very scammy.
