I visited this facility October 15 2025 evening and had a very upsetting experience. Two rings I brought with me disappeared during my visit. One of the ring is my wedding ring and has an extreme high value. I reported it immediately to the staffs and expected thorough support given the extremely high cost and reputation of this community. The name of the senior sitting on the table who took my ring was given to the staff and reported to the manager Gale the very next day. Police file case was even reported.
