Tracy and her staff are so kind and caring to all of the residences. Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Sunrise of Mississauga.
As retirement homes go, Sunrise is all about the care and the staff. Staff are caring and attentive and will go out of their way to help residents. This Sunrise location tends to host handicapped residents further down the dementia journey. It's similar to a long term care facility but costly. Ironically there is limited handicapped parking and the dining room has yet to be set up to accommodate tilting wheel chairs, leaving residents a long way from the small tables. People painting during working hours. Residents breathing in paint fumes. Landscaping sucks. Rooms for residents are very old and out dated and ugly. Medecine is $1000/ month to give one pill a day Residents are miserable Unimpressed. This place is not $13000 a month, I wouldn’t even send someone I don’t like here… 3/10
