Everything about Sunrise exceeded our expectations!! It is beautiful inside and out. The staff goes over and above and is just amazing! My dad is so happy, and cared for so well. The staff is caring, kind, attentive, and my dad feels loved. Not only for my dad but they are that way with me too. They all know me and my family. And everyone always has a smile on their faces. I highly recommend!
Finally, I had taken time to write my review after months of consideration. I was employed by Sunrise Huntington as Resident Care Director. Not my first job as Director. I have been a nurse for 20 years and Director for 10 years. But this place made me hate my job, myself to an extent where I started doubting myself. On my recent visit to Sunrise Assisted Living in Huntington, I was very impressed by the beautifully maintained grounds and the wide range of engaging activities offered to residents. The entire facility was exceptionally clean, and both residents and staff were cheerful and welcoming, creating a genuine sense of community. We had a wonderful experience visiting the assisted living on a recent school field trip. My students came to make Mother’s Day crafts and corsages with the residents, and it was such a heartwarming and memorable day.
