My mother and our family had an extremely positive experience during her tenure at Sunrise in Franklin Lakes as they regularly tended to her needs and desires on a consistent basis. We especially want to highlight the corporation and courtesy that was extended by the facility administrator, Kevin Seidel, who was always available to our family and acted at all times in the families best interest. He was a pleasure for us to work with on multiple levels.

We've been happy with our experience at Sunrise in Franklin Lakes. Mom is in the Reminiscence wing and is doing fine. Never had any issues and she's been there over a year. It's local for us too, which is great.

sunrise, of Franklin Lakes is very good at Collections. Beyond that they do the bare minimum. My loved ones room is always a mess. there toiletries are sloppy when we go to visit. They failed to lock up things that could be hazardous to the resident.. They are very quick to ask for additional money for increasing the level of service, but they are very slow to provide any service. With the exception of a few aids the remainder including the aid manager who is so bad I didn’t even realize she was in charge are not trained or equipped to support/manage moderate to severe dementia. They expect the dementia patient to meet their schedule versus meeting the dementia patient where they are in their journey.
