Very bad experience in my life want to add an important point: no one has lived my experience. There are always stories of people you know nothing about. I was also treated badly. One time, I informed Kevin about an employee who was insulting a patient, and I recorded the employee and spoke with Kevin. I don’t know if he actually took the matter seriously or not.”
I have an older cousin living at the sunrise of Franklin lakes. The staff is so attentive and caring, always smiling and happy. Very pleasant atmosphere and welcoming. Lots of activities to participate in and great selection of menu items. Kevin, the executive director has been nothing but wonderful to my family. I will speak briefly about what happened to me in my job, the discrimination, and the mistreatment I experienced from my manager and the Executive Director, Kevin Seidel. My mom ended up in hospice care the last 3 months of her life at Sunrise. She was treated with respect and love in her final days and it will always be appreciated.
HOW LUCKY I WAS TO DEAL WITH DIRECTOR OF SALES, DONNA SMITH! WHAT A WARM, FRIENDLY, SWEET, HOSPITABLE, WELCOMING PERSONALITY! SUNRISE IS SO FORTUNATE TO HAVE HER & MY LIFE IS ENRICHED AS A DIRECT RESULT OF MY VISIT WITH DONNA. IF I WASNT ALREADY RETIRED, I MIGHT STEAL HER AWAY TO ENHANCE MY BUSINESS! LOL!!!!
