We were so happy with the facility and cleanleness. The staff were so helpful and informative from the Director down to the nurses. They definately are passionate about there jobs. Great job team.

My family and I toured several retirement homes in the surounding area and we were very impressed with Sunrise Erin Mills. From the moment we arrrived, we were greeted to a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels very home-like. The staff were kind, attentive, and caring. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s apparant that a lot of effort goes into creating a positive, supportive environment. Sunrise Erin Mills memory care floor is not secure - Sunrise care team have no proper training in dementia/Alzheimers. When our 85 year old mom with dementia went missing from the memory care floor because the door was unlocked and no one was watching her, she went missing for over an hour with police having to be called at 8pm. She could have been hit by a car - she walked all the way down Erin Mills Parkway and was found walking past Credit Valley Hospital. I recently inquired about Sunrise Senior Living as I’m exploring options for my grandmother, and I had a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. A special thank you to Marcy and Kerry Ann, who were friendly, informative, and patient throughout the conversation. The environment felt warm, cozy, and well-maintained, which is very reassuring when considering a place for a loved one.
