Hello, we recently needed to find a retirement home for our dad. It was sudden, scary, overwhelming, and emotional to say the least. We needed to move fast. When I called Sunrise I spoke with someone that took the time to speak with me and gave me warmth and support over the phone. This special lady is Kerry Ann. My sister and I are exploring other Memory Care facilities for our father. I really appreciated the tour Kerry Ann provided us. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of Sunrise. Answered all of our questions, and showed us several suites that would be available for Dad. Kerry Ann is very friendly and approachable. I was checking out some senior homes in Mississauga for me . Out of all the Sunrise of Erin Mills is the best. As I walked in I felt this is it. I was greeted by the receptionist who arranged a tour of the home. This place is awesome surrounded by greenery, beautiful, clean and the staff were exemplary. Simone explained everything in detail. This is my No.1 preference.

Received a lovely tour yesterday and I was welcomed by the friendly staff, had the feeling of being “home”. The interior design is gorgeous and there’s a feeling of warmth and comfort. Cassange is professional and caring.
