I recently visited my grandmother at Sunrise of Cupertino, which was an overall excellent experience. I live out-of-state so whenever I'm in the area, I try to drop by and see how she's doing. Overall, the staff is wonderful and very responsive to residents' needs. The care they provide is top notch and I like that we were able to create an individual plan to ensure my grandma's needs are being met. Someone very dear to me has been living at Sunrise of Cupertino for 2 years now. She has been taken care of, loved, nourished, entertained, and has been very happy. I have had a peace of mind knowing that she lives in a place that offers her everything she needs. The staff and the executive director are all very friendly, kind, caring, responsive, and accommodating. It is a wonderful place, and I highly recommend Sunrise of Cupertino.
Our Mom has been at Sunrise of Cupertino since the beginning, only 2 months after opening. She's in Memory Care. She's well-cared for and the staff had been caring. As a new facility, it's been a challenge hiring up and we understand that it's industry-wide. As a new facility, there are some business processes to work through, but now, nearly 2 years in, most have been established. Recommend for your loved one.
