Trying to visit family and the garage intercom was broken with a sign to call to be let in. Watched someone who worked there walking a dog pull out the phone I called and hang it up instead of helping. Very very very disappointed

Amazing facility. Everytime I go there I am greeted warmly by the staff. The environment is also so welcoming. I have met Divina, Edwin and Edelyn. They are always open to new ideas and willing to work with me. I am happy to partner with them and do more wonderful things for our beloved seniors.

The support staff and dining crew at Sunrise, always spend efforts to make my father comfortable and acknowledged as a person. I am very grateful to all of them. My father passed away away unexpectedly recently and the managerial team was exceptional in supporting my needs during this time. Executive Director Tina, was key in making sure I had a way to reduce my stress and provided key support from Edwina Assisted Living Director, Tanisha Medical Director and Geraldo Facilities Director. The support staff and dining crew at Sunrise, always spend efforts to make my father comfortable and acknowledged as a person. I am very grateful to all of them. I’m extremely disappointed at upper management who is unresponsive and appears uncaring to residents family. I am sympathetic to all the staff from reception to caregivers and nursing, who bare the major responsibility for providing our love ones with the respect and honor they deserve in their later years.. Thanks to all of these hardworking and caring individuals.
