Poor customer service made us wait for over 30 minutes and then when they got me and my underage son in the van then said they couldn't take us home they wouldn't let us leave the van when I got on the phone to report obduction they decided to take us home I still reported them to call the car
Needing a medical transport can be scary , it’s an unknown . Anthony was awsome ! I have a badly fractured femur with recent surgery, I can’t walk . It’s scary to rely on another company , what’s nice is seeing people’s experience with these . I was treated really kind from the first moment they arrived till the parting seconds . Great driving and personal skills were a huge factor in being calm . I would recommend anyone in need of transportation call this company , ask for Anthony . You won’t be disappointed.
