This is the WORST billing department I have ever dealt with. Been trying to resolve a bill since April 2024 due to an error on there end for having my birthdate wrong. I’ve sent emails, mail, faxes and no one has resolved this issue. If you get a bill from them expect it to be there fault. Everyone working here doesn’t know what there doing.
