One of your drivers came to deliver a shipment at our site and needed help. At first, he refused to assist. The problem is, he doesn't speak English, and we couldn’t communicate with him. Honestly, I don’t understand how he got a driver’s license. I could have called the police or MTO. God forbid if this driver gets into an accident—how would he handle the customer if he doesn’t speak the language?

**Rude and unprofessional behaviour of Shunter “lalli” Hello management- please look at this issue. I recently visited the yard to pick a empty trailer and i found my trailer was damaged and i tried to report to shunter ‘lally’ he was very rude and doesn’t know how to talk with visitors. He really need to be given some anger and communication classes. He must be retrained.
