If I could give them no stars at all, I would. I got ahold of this company to see about getting a loan against a lawsuit I just won, and was told to call Paul. The following is what happened upon talking to him....I find that Paul is extremely rude and was assuming things he knew nothing about. He was very quick in judging someone on what he thought they did or didn't not have money wise, all because I won my lawsuit by default! Can I give 10 stars? Amazing staff. Very professional & Janice is the real deal. She cares and works so hard for her clients and the local community.
I attended the dinner with a friend and so happy I did, made an appointment and the team was nothing but nice in my last minutes docs to them, I found Janice to be very authentic, compassionate, and willing to listen. I like how she gave me a great suggestion on what I needed to do first in regard to my debt before looking at retirement, but the biggest plus was how she made me feel. I look forward to working her and her team.
Best decision ever to become a client of Janice at Sunrise. It’s been about 10 years now and her guidance has been so very valuable. She is the most generous and kind financial person I could imagine.
