Tracie here is 5 ☆! I went through a divorce, my credit went down due to some issues with that and I didn't think I could afford a different vehicle. To my surprise, I was able to get wonderful top notch service from Tracie. Answered every question I had, answered every call and was able to assist me with my vehicle loan. Could not thank her enough!! This place knows and remembers their customers, which is something very rare nowadays!
I've had a wonderful experience at this credit union. The tellers are always welcoming and helpful, and I've been especially impressed with loan officer Tracie Howard. She has assisted me twice with personal loans—first for a vacation, and then later for an emergency trip to Texas to help my father recover from open-heart surgery. Trisha from Sunrise Credit Union in Bay City gets a 5* plus. Trisha went out of her way to help me with my credit card issues and again helped my granddaughter with banking issues. She was kind, very patient and understanding about our issues. I will continue to work with her if there are ever again problems with my account.
