If I could give a negative 10 stars, I would. Worst experience I have EVER had in a shop. I tried on a lava bracelet and when I tried to take it off, it broke. I offered to pay for it and the male clerk said, yes I'm going to have to make you pay. I went to pay for it, I had no cash, so I got my card to pay for the $9 broken bracelet. He said it has to be a $10 minimum for a card, you'll have to buy something in addition to the broken bracelet. I told him I wasn't buying anything more, he said I had to.
