I haven’t had any issues with costumer service however I will say, THIS PLACE IS A TOURIST TRAP!! Even though the place is pretty big you’ll feel like you’re inside a can of sardines because of how many people there were and the products are clumped up together making you shimmy your way through. The worst customer service ever! I bought 3 items. 2 being the same material. Washed and dried per instructions. The pants were terribly snagged but not the sweatshirt. I came to return the pants. The man and woman kept questioning my care for them. I said same load. That debate went back and forth for awhile. I had the 2 receipts the man had given me. He said there were 4. If I could give a negative 10 stars, I would. Worst experience I have EVER had in a shop. I tried on a lava bracelet and when I tried to take it off, it broke. I offered to pay for it and the male clerk said, yes I'm going to have to make you pay. I went to pay for it, I had no cash, so I got my card to pay for the $9 broken bracelet. He said it has to be a $10 minimum for a card, you'll have to buy something in addition to the broken bracelet. I told him I wasn't buying anything more, he said I had to.
